 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 2 business days (excluding Sundays and public holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order is placed and another notification when it has been shipped.

 Delivery Time

• Metro Cities: 3–5 business days

• Tier 2 & 3 Cities: 5–7 business days

• Remote/Rural Areas: 7–10 business days

Please note that delivery timelines may vary depending on your location and external factors like weather, festivals, or courier delays.

Shipping Partners

We ship via trusted delivery partners such as Delhivery, Bluedart, DTDC, and India Post to ensure timely and secure delivery across India.

 Shipping Charges

• Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499

• For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 may apply

• Cash on Delivery (COD), if available, may include an additional fee

 Delivery Areas

We currently deliver across India. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you and issue a full refund if an order was placed.

 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at director@madarwinnaturals.com with your order number and images (if applicable). We’ll investigate and resolve the issue promptly.
