This policy explains how returns, refunds, exchanges, gifts, and shipping-related concerns are handled.
Refunds
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you are eligible for a refund. To begin the refund process, you must contact us at director@madarwinnaturals.com within 48 hours of receiving your order, along with your order number and clear images of the issue.
Refunds will be credited to your original payment method at the original price, once the returned product is received and inspected. The amount will typically be credited within 5–7 business days after approval.
Returns
We accept returns within 6 to 7 days of delivery under the following conditions:

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you need to exchange it for the same product, send us an email at director@madarwinnaturals.com within 48 hours of delivery. We will process your exchange after verifying the issue.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the product is received. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, the refund will be credited to the original purchaser’s payment method.
Shipping
If your return is approved, we may arrange pickup for eligible orders. In some cases, you may be required to self-ship the item. We will provide the return address and shipping instructions.
Shipping costs for returning an item (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the product was received damaged or incorrect. If you are shipping an item yourself, consider using a trackable shipping service.
